Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity
Your gift voucher is valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase, in line with New Zealand regulations.

 

2. Non-refundable
Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, either in full or in part.

 

3. Transferable
This voucher is yours to gift, share, or pass on — it’s fully transferable.

 

4. Partial Use
You don’t have to use it all at once. Any remaining balance can be used toward future purchases within the validity period.

 

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Please treat your voucher like cash. Unfortunately, lost or stolen vouchers can’t be replaced.

 

6. Pricing Changes
Voucher value is based on the amount paid, not a specific service. If prices shift over time, your voucher can still be used toward any purchase, with any difference payable.
